I heard about P90x, read several blog posts, video on how people transform their body in 90 days.

99% of the people who have posted their experience, have used P90X or 2 reasons

  1. Weigh Loss
  2. Improve Physical Fitness

I’m trying out P90X for

  1. Gain Weight ( 10 lbs in 90 days)
  2. Improve physical fitness

Equipments Required for P90X

  1. P90X Work Out DVD’s
  2. Resistance Band with Door Attachment
  3. Harbinger 340100 Durafoam Exercise Mat
  4. Iron Gym Total Upper Body Workout Bar (Optional)
  5. Dumbell’s (Optional)
  6. Cap Barbell Definity Push Up Holder (Optional, I will be buying it soon)

I’m using Resistance Bands instead of Workout Bars and Dumbbell.

In training video, Tony (along with others) show how to use Resistance Bands, Work Out Bars and Dumbbell.

Strength of the resistance bands determine workout intensity. Even if you buy low resistance bands, having a curl will increase its strength.

Pre-P90X

I was not interested in taking the Fit Test, but took the required measurements to track my progress.  My only aim is to gain 10 lbs in 90 days. This my second attempt at P90X.

Last October, I started P90X and completed 2 weeks. But, couldn’t find motivation to continue further. This time around, I want to complete 90 days. Lets see how it goes.

My wife is planning to throw a party if I complete 90 days (shes confident I will not complete 90 days).
